Your privacy is important to us. The app was built with a Privacy by Design and Data Minimization approach — we collect only the minimum information required for the service to function.

The app may collect and process: • Email address • Gmail message IDs • Subjects, senders, dates, and relevant content • Classification results and civic status • Basic technical logs

Information is collected solely from the user's Gmail account, after explicit consent via Google OAuth. MAGEN does not send emails, does not modify or delete emails, and does not take actions on behalf of the user.

The information is used solely for: • Operating the app's core functionality • Displaying alerts and civic status • Improving system clarity and reliability We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or selling.

Information is not sold or shared with commercial entities. Sharing occurs only with infrastructure providers, Google services (for authentication and Gmail access), or as required by law.

Information is retained only as long as needed for service operation. You may request deletion and revoke permissions at any time. Contact: support@magenapp.site

Standard security measures are applied, including secure authentication, restricted access to sensitive information, and minimal data retention. No system is completely immune, but we follow industry best practices.

Users have the right to review, correct, delete information, or revoke Google permissions. You can disconnect your Gmail account at any time, edit or remove your username, log out, and delete your account.

The app is not intended for minors under age 18 and does not knowingly collect information about minors.
