Terms of Use – "Magen" App

Welcome to the "Magen" app (hereinafter: "the App"). Use of the App is subject to the terms set forth in this document. Use of the App constitutes full and explicit consent to these terms. If you do not agree to the terms, you may not use the App. The App is intended for adult users only (over 18).

The App displays a digital civic status based on analysis of information from the user's email account, with their consent only. The App: • Displays information • Classifies alerts • Provides clear, human-readable explanations The App does not: • Take actions on behalf of the user • Send emails • Delete information • Contact authorities • Make payments • Make decisions on behalf of the user

The App does not provide legal, financial, medical, or governmental advice. Any action or inaction based on the displayed information is the sole responsibility of the user.

It is prohibited to use the App for illegal activity, bypass security mechanisms, reverse engineer, or use in a way that harms third parties.

The App is provided as-is. There may be malfunctions, outages, or changes, especially during the Alpha period. The company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

All rights in the App, code, design, logo, and content are reserved to the App owners. Copying, distributing, or commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the company shall not be liable for direct or indirect damage, data loss, financial loss, or consequential damage.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts in Israel.
